Do I have a faulty calendar?

Shopping at the Mall today. December 1st. A Saturday. With both kids in tow.

Yes, I am insane!

Apparently not as insane as the marketers for cute baby clothes, though.

Here I am, not even a Christmas decoration in sight at my house - still debating real vs artificial tree, anticipating Christmas and knowing that it is over three weeks away yet.

So imagine my dismay - and honestly, disappointment, to see Valentine's Day clothes for sale in Macys!

Can't we just enjoy life, one lovely season at a time without always rushing to the 'next great thing'?

That's ridiculous! We were at the mall (briefly) today. I am doing the rest of my shopping online to avoid future insanity.

I don't know what blew my mind more: the fact that Macy's had Valentine's Day stuff already, or that you went to the mall with your two babies on a Saturday in December! From this point on, I'm doing online shopping all the way--and avoiding even driving near the mall. Wow.

The mall! (horror-filled gasp)

And I so agree...let's enjoy this holiday without thinking forward (yet)!

The biggest problems with malls is getting out of them. Yep, online shopping. Well worth the risk, I'd say. Was anyone actually buying the Valentine's clothes?

I so agree with you. We had Christmas in the local stores before it was even Halloween. It doesn't surprise me to see Valentine stuff before Christmas. I like my holidays in order.

No way! Ugh, I hate it when I can't find winter clothes anymore after January when they start getting spring stuff out.
It's getting ridiculous!

Get out! They've brought out Valentine's Day stuff already? This has to stop.
